I tried to use their services to help me obtain a job, but the lady assigned to my case was AWFUL. She told me I had NO skills (which wasn't true) and refused to send me out on job interviews. When she finally did send me out on an interview, she couldn't understand why I didn't ask more questions of the potential employer. I DID ask questions, and they were even satisfied enough with me to bring me back for a second interview, but that didn't stop her from berating me. Never again.
