I would like folks to know that before you give your personal information away IE social security numbers ect, you should ask this dealership to provide you with a criminal background check on the finance manager you use. One of them has been arrested for forgery drug possesion ect, there is no law against this as there would be for a pedifile owning a daycare, but would you want a ex convict to have access to this information of yours? Maybe The OCCC will change this rule it seems only to be in place for a banker who deals in finance. more

INADEQUATE WORK AND OFFENSIVE TREATMENT 8/19/2010

PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE I HATE IT WHEN A COMPANY GETS AWAY WITH NEGLIGENCE! on JULY 9, 2010 I BROUGHT MY CAR TO ROBBINS CHEVROLET IN HUMBLE,TX AFTER MY CAR HAD HAD BEEN VANDALIZE AT A GATHERING IN BENTWATER. I HAVE HAD TO TAKE MY CAR BACK 3 TIMES NOW FROM THE ORIGINAL TIME BECAUSE OF THEIR INADEQUATE REPAIRS. EACH TIME HAVING TO FIND A RIDE TO AND FROM AND TAKING TIME AWAY FROM WORK TO DROP IT OFF AND PICK IT UP AND FIND RIDES. ALSO. THEY RETURNED MY CAR TO ME THE 2ND TIME AND I THOUGHT IT HAD EXTRA MILES ON IT BUT WAS NOT FOR SURE. SO THIS LAST TIME I DROPPED IT OFF. I MADE SURE TO SET TRIP ODM TO 0. GUESS WHAT...THEY PUT 50 MILES ON MY CAR. THEY DID BODY WORK. THERE WAS NO REASON TO DRIVE MY CAR. AND THERE WAS A NEW DENT IN IT THE SIZE OF A HALF DOLLAR. I FIND THIS TO BE ABSURD AND RIDICULOUS. I DID DEMAND A RENTAL CAR YESTERDAY AND GOT IT. HE SAID HE (DOUG THE MANAGER) WOULD GIVE ME AN ALIGNMENT FOR FREE AND GIVE ME A DEAL ON TWO NEW TIRES FOR MY AGGRAVATION AND INCONVENIENCE. SO WHEN I CALLED TODAY TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH OF A DISCOUNT I WOULD GET HE SAID 200.00 FOR ****EACH*** TIRE. WELL LOW AND BEHOLD IM NOT AN IGNORANT WOMAN. I HAD ALREADY CALLED AND GOT PRICES ON IT. FOR 2 TIRES RIGHT FROM FIRE STONE WITH ALIGNMENT AND BALANCED AND ALL MY FLUIDS CHECK TO FULL IS 223.00 THE TIRES WERE 120.00. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO HIS ATTENTION. HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT THAT. THAT'S THE PRICE. SO I SUGGESTED AN OIL CHANGE AND I WOULD BRING THE TIRES TO HIM AND TO GET THE ALIGNMENT. HE SAID HE WAS NO LONGER GOING TO GIVE ME AN ALIGNMENT AND I CAN COME GET MY CAR. NOW I KNOW AND I THINK MOST OF YOU KNOW. THEY GET BETTER PRICES ON PARTS/TIRES THEN WE DO AND SELL IT AT A HIGHER DOLLAR AMOUNT. HE TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME... AND WHEN I POINTED IT OUT. HE IS GOING TO GET DISCOURTEOUS WITH ME???? I GAVE THEM MY BUSINESS TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS??? FOR WHAT... PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS OF ANY KIND. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD. WARN OTHERS OF THIS BUSINESS AND THERE ETHIC OF BUSINESS AND THEIR INADEQUATE/SUBSTANDARD REPAIRS. THEY DON'T DESERVE ANYONE'S BUSINESS! more

Horrible Service Department 3/30/2010

I took my pick up in a couple of months ago. It was having an intermittent problem. I took it in, explained that it was intermittent but has happened about half a dozen times. Also explain exactly what was happening, when the problem was occurring, how long it would last, etc... The service tech developed a major attitude and told me that there was absolutely nothing they can do unless THEY can reproduce the problem. When I tried to explain AGAIN that it was intermittent I was told by the service tech that unless it happens while it is on their lot with their mechanic in the vehicle at the time it was happening they won't even attempt to fix it. I simply took my keys, went to another dealership. The other dealership took the vehicle in, and found the problem without replicating it, and fixed it... and I haven't had a problem since... bad bodywork-you have been warned!!! 6/8/2009

had my 07 chevy repaired at dealer.work was bad(loose bolts-missing bolts,etc). talked to management just find out that they would fix. pick up to find more dents in truck and that it was acceptable to do nasty work. body parts were not put on right and out of alignment. would not ever use again-good luck! Pros: close to home Cons: shoty work- no accountability more
