RHC has a 60++ y/o spin instructor who needs, now get this, 2 spotlights directed on him, 4 wall sconces at his back; 14 recessed lights the length of the studio, 4-six foot long ...

I just completed the 3 month RX program here. I am so impressed with the program, the incredible trainers, and my fellow gym members who are so encouraging. I look forward to coming everyday, and I am greeted by the most fabulous staff. Both of their locations make having a healthy body an incredible experience. more

Changed my life 12/31/2010

This place is so great. I would recommend it to any friend. The staff are friendly, and the services are great. they offer SO MUCH...you really have to see this place. The facility (pools included) are so well maintained. I particularly love the programming they offer. I took the ""Riverside Extreme"" (or RX) class and I toned up majorly. Most classes are free (they offer over 50 each week) but the ones lead by trainers cost money...but it's well worth it! more

Kind of sucky for the price ... 10/6/2010

I work out about three blocks away at the Urban Fitness gym. My mom used to go to this club and said it sucks. The couple of times I went with her, I agree wiht her. more
