I have lived at Riverfront for 2 years and considered myself to be a great tenant. I keep the apartment extremely clean and continually pay rent on time. The only thing that I do is to inform the office that things need repair in my unit. When I put in the maintenance request, it takes weeks to get results. Everyone in the office avoids me when I come in. Nothing seems to get dealt with in a timely manner and without pulling teeth. Recently it seems that I was considered one of worst tenants and would like to know how this came to be. As I consider myself to be quite an excellent tenant. I have rented many apartments in my life and have never been treated so rudely and without any respect. If I had to do it all over again, I would never rent from this company again.
