I used this dry cleaner for about a year. They lost my clothes, didn't deliver things back sometimes for months, and never returned a call. They're delivery guy always smelled like he had been drinking. They lost a brand new shirt of mine, and told me they would pay for it. I called them over twenty times but never got a check. Stay away!!! Pros: cheap Cons: Everything else more

They are supposed to pick up and return to your home. Many times they will not pickup the laundry as promised nor return. Many times I have called to complain but to no avail. One time I called on 5 consecutive days about why the laundry wasn't pickup and on each time I was given a different excuse. Cons: terrible service more
