Ride the Ducks of Seattle

I work here taking pictures of the people that go on the ride. I love ALL the captains, there a bunch of fun and really love what they do. The office/ticket booth people are really great as well! It really is a fun ride to go on even if you live here! The ride is 90 minutes and costs about $25 per person. It goes ALL over Seattle! If you do go try and pre buy the tickets because there usually sold out for the whole day by like 4 and GET THERE A HALF HOUR EARLY!!!!!! The seating is first come first serve and if you go with a group of 3+ and are the last to arrive chances are you won't get to sit together. They try and make it soooo clear to people but there is always the rude group that get there 5 min. after they loaded the duck and complain to everyone that they can't sit together. It really is a great tour though and if you do go make sure to sit in the middle because the back can be a little bumpy and the front although its the warmest part, you can miss stuff a little easier because it does go by kind of fast sometimes. What fun! This Seattle tour is given on an amphibious WWII boat and the narrator is just too funny. This trip is pure entertainment combined with learning. At first I scoffed at the price, but heard such good things about it...I took the plunge. It's money well spent! Don't go on this if you don't like chuckling, laughing, or smiling. more

The duck was recommended by a coworker that really enjoyed the ride. So, I decided to take my out-of-town guest on a special duck ride. It was a reasonable tour around Seattle, but I must admit, I don’t nearly know or heard of most of what the tour guide provided. The guide was amusing at times, but can be overacting at times, too. more

The Ducks of Seattle is an awesome way to entertain out of town guests. The tour you get while on land and water is amazing and the tour guide is amusing. You definitely get to see more of Seattle and more of the stuff people want to see on this tour than you would if you drove them around yourself or took a walking tour. Worth the extra money but try to get a group deal. more
