This company is completely unreliable. I have called them before for a mortgage loan and they never call you back. Really even if you have bad news or can't get the loan. LET THE CONSUMER KNOW!!! They tell you they will call and never do. I know someone else who has dealth with him and said customer service is something they do not have. I called time and time again and told I would be called back without any call EVER!!! Over a month time span I was the only one making calls. Eventually I went on to another loan officer where I got my loan. I say if you are going to have a business run it like one. His assistant makes you uncomfortable when you are calling for answers. i mean darn if trhey would have called then I wouldn't have had to call them. What business doesn't want customer questions??? I would never recommend to anyone!!! He specializes in bad credit problems which is cool for some but if you don't have to deal with him don't. All I have to say is Customer Service is horrible!, call back never happen, and the assistant can be rude, not to mention if you call and you are told he's not there she will ask what you need take a message and then go find him in his office I guess...go figure on that one! I just say its a waste of time at least for me.
Pros: does work with people with bad or lower credit scores
Cons: horrible customer service, they never do what they say the will do, very very very slow in everything they do
