There When You Need Him 3/23/2009

We were visiting family in Norwalk after Christmas, playing Mario Kart on their new Wii. I somehow managed to wack myself in the face with the steering wheel, and broke my tooth. My wife went online to find an emergency dentist in Norwalk, since we were there. But I suggested we call Dr. Epstein, since he's my regular dentist. more

A White Smile and Lots of Confidence 3/1/2009

After years of smoking, coffee drinking, and the ravages of time, my teeth were yellow and gross. I would always subconsciously cover my mouth or turn away from people when talking, and I hardly ever smiled. more

Dr. Epstein Gave Me a Smile Makeover! 2/8/2009

Having recently moved here from New Jersey, I began my search for dentists in Connecticut. I had been thinking about getting some work done, and wanted to get Lumineers. I feel so lucky that I was able to find one of the best Connecticut dentists in Dr. Epstein. He did a fantastic job on my porcelain veneers, and now I have a perfect smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone looking for a dentist in Connecticut. Pros: Intelligent, Kind staff; Peaceful office ambiance; Convenient Location Cons: none! more

The best cosmetic dentist in Westport...or anywhere in Connecticut! 7/13/2008

Dr. Epstein made me smile again. My teeth were off center, yellow and affecting my self-esteem. Dr. Epstein has an eye for natural perfection. His staff is the top and, like Dr. Epstein, they make you feel like you are their only patient. I feel like smiling all the time and my family and friends can't believe what a difference it has made in my looks and my self-image. I would highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone that needs help with their teeth. No job is too big for him to conquer. Pros: Fantastic staff, relaxing atmosphere, top-notch service Cons: none more

  • Welcome to a dentist’s office like no other Dr. Richard Epstein is a family-friendly dentist, specializing in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and general dentistry. He is a Westport, Connecticut native, and has been practicing since 1976. He comes from a family of dentists. Dr. Epstein earned a BA in Ecology from Brown University, and his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the University of CT School Of Dental Medicine. His Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) is awarded for a continuing commitment to professional learning, and he regularly takes courses to keep up with the latest information and techniques. He is also member of the American Academy of Cosmetic dentistry, which focuses on the art and science of improving people’s smiles. He donates professional time to serve the needy at the dental clinic at Norwalk Hospital, where he is on staff.
