They ignore the Do Not Call list and hang up when you mention the illegality and unethicality of doing so. If they can't be trusted with a phone, why would you trust them with you...

Request carpet cleaning called me and ask if they could clean my carpets, I agreed and they came out, I had some coffee stains and they are still there. they said i spilled coffee after they cleaned and would not do anything about the stains..If you spend money with them you might as well keep it and do it youself. They had more excuses than you can list. Do Not Hire THem For Carpet Cleaning, It Will Not Do You ANy Good. more

ReQuest carpet cleaning 2/10/2012

This place is a joke! The customer service sucks and they are very rude once they have your money. If you get the ""free"" car detail - be warned..they don't vacuum the vehicle (apparently in their world a detail doesn't include a vacuum) not to mention it ends up looking like my 5 yr old did it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone - ever! In fact a month later and I'm still trying to get things straightened out! more

Very good experience with Request! My carpets never looked so good after a professional cleaning. A different but extremely effective process. They also stretched my carpet and gave me a coupon to get my car cleaned. I will continue to use them for sure! more
