Repair Masters replaced the head gaskets on my Subaru, which was a fairly major repair on a 1999 Subaru. My car was running better than it had in a long time, but one of the seals failed and the engine lost oil pressure and blew up. Repair Masters replaced the engine at no charge, something most repair shops would never do! My car is running great and I am so grateful. We are long time customers of Repair Masters and will continue to be. more

A new coustmer for life! 4/20/2011

I was told by a local dealer by my house that my truck was in need of a fuel pump. When the dealer told me the cost of the repair I walked out. I took my truck to Repair Masters and not only were they less then the dealers price,the work was done the same day. Jim was very helpful and advised me of repairs that would be needed in the future. Now they have a loyal coustmer for life! more

Well done, champs! 11/22/2010

These guys did a great job on my VW repairs. I was quoted $550 by Stan's in Lafayette to have a radiator hose and flange replaced. Repair Master's repaired my radiator AND windshield wipers (new blades, repaired arm), and installed a new battery for about $100 less than Stan's wanted for the radiator repair alone. Everyone was super friendly, too. I'm glad I found someplace I can trust. more

Go elsewhere 1/3/2010

My heater went out. They charged me over $100 just for an estimate which ultimately they said would cost me $800 (mostly labor). I couldn't afford $800 so I found a family friend who was a mechanic to look at it. He had the heater running in 15 minutes. He said they were trying to charge me for 8 hours of labor on a very simple job. Just thought I'd let others know about my experience with them. I recommend going elsewhere. Awesome service-honest and kind 12/31/2009

This repair center is awesome! I stopped by with a broken door just before closing time on a holiday and they were more than kind and willing to help me out! I felt that they went out of their way to ensure my problem was solved. I was helped immediately, even though it was busy. On top of all this, they wouldn't even let me pay. I would recommend this repair center to anyone-I will never take my car anywhere else! more

EXCELLENT! 12/30/2009

This is the only place I take my car! I am a college student. I needed to find a good place to take my car. I read the reviews on CitySearch, and this place has the best reviews. I took the advice of other people, and was not disappointed. They took the time to explain everything about my car, told me about reapirs that I needed. Repair Masters Automotive does not try to oversell repairs that are not necessary, and told me I should wait for other reapirs that I thought I needed. Pros: honest, reliable, good service Cons: NONE! more

Honest, Reliable and Fast Service 3/5/2009

Even after moving to Denver, I still drive to Boulder to get my oil changed, and have no intention of stopping to do so. Every experience I've had at Repair Masters affirms my opinion that they're the best shop around. They've saved me money so many times by giving me options and telling me honestly what was going on with my truck, they always have an idea of how long my wait will be - and I generally call ahead to ask if it's a good time to come in - their reception and service staff is without exception friendly, professional and courteous, and I like their waiting room! It's comfortable, their bathroom is always clean, and they have satellite TV. They always call me back when I have a question, I never feel rushed on the phone, and I have observed that even when they're slammed with people at the desk and on the phone, they are unfailingly attentive and polite to each customer. Thank you Repair Masters! Pros: Accurate quotes, great referrals, friendly and courteous staff, quick service Cons: They're in Boulder - but this is subjective! more

Recommended 2/11/2009

I am moving several states away and needed an oil change and a ""once over"" to make sure my '94 Tercel would make the trip. I was told on the phone that the oil change would be $35 and the check would be free. When I got to the shop the employees were having lunch, but I was still treated very politely and professionally. The free coffee and clean waiting room were nice and when the work was done, the actual price was lower than quoted. The mechanic that helped me gave me a good idea of how long I could go before several repairs needed to be fixed. I wish I had discovered this shop several years ago and based on my short visit today - would recommend them to others in need of what seems to be an honest and reasonable auto shop. Fast Fun and Friendly.... Highly recommended 6/5/2008

Ok, so I only have a minute to write, but I like this shop. They are friendly, and I feel like I am hanging out with friends when my old honda poops out. They never try to pressure me, and they give me their honest opinion with how long they think I can go befroe it absolutely has to be replaced (broke college kid, if you couldnt guess!) So yeah, go check them out.. they're good to their customers. more

Best honest place to take your car to be fixed! 2/22/2008

Always very friendly. Very honest and dependable. This is the ONLY place I will take my car to be fixed. I know I will be treated great and never have to pay for more than needs to be fixed. I tell all my friends to go here. Pros: Customer Service, Honest more

Honest Repairs 2/22/2008

I loved the fast and friendly service at Repair Masters. I needed and new water pump in my daughters car. I dropped it off, they gave me a ride to work and they picked me up at the end of the day. The shop is very nice and her car running perfectly. I will never take my car any where but Repair Masters Automotive. Thanks Jim. more

Nice auto service 9/10/2007

This is my first time service done in Repair Masters. Honest check-up. My car was recommended to drive another 3000 miles for replacing the brake. It is an old car. Honest and nice service. Jim is a nice guy. They found some problems in my car. It is a long list. Except for the break, I need to replace the strut after another 10,000 miles. Other problems are not significant. I will definitely come back later. more

Great Service, Friendly Staff 10/12/2006

I just moved to the area and needed a mechanic, Repair Masters was recommended to me by a co-worker. I called and got fast service, fair prices, and very friendly service. Having your car break down is never fun, but when I took my car in they gave me a ride to work, fixed my car, and they came and picked me up after work. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I never felt like they were tring to sell me things I didn't need, like places in the past. Thank You Repair Masters! Pros: Nice Office more

Trusted, knowledgeable auto repair service 10/2/2006

I have lived in the North Denver/Boulder area for a little over 3 years. I went to about 4 other shops before I found Jim's shop via a recommendation from a mechanic at Grease Monkey. I have been very pleased with the service. It is complete without being something you do not need. They will always tell me what's necessary, recommended, or just beneficial. This establishment was recommended to me by a friend and I'm happy to pass on the recommendation! The owner is a former mechanic from a local dealer and it's our good fortune that he decided to open his own shop. ALWAYS provides me with fast, efficient and complete diagnosis and service at a very fair price!! My Jeep is up to 120,000 miles thanks to Jim and his great staff!! Excellent Auto Repair 9/4/2006

Repair Masters is AWESOME. The owner Jim really took the time to listen and understand what I needed. His honesty was great. Most places just try to sell me stuff I really do not need. With the economy the way it is I have to get my car fixed and Repair Masters is the place to go. Michelle really explained my estimate and she was able to help me understand what was going on with the cost which is always a plus. Let's face it women, we get cheated at repair places because we don't always no what needs to be fixed. Here I always get good service and if there is nothing wrong, they won't sell you things that you don't need. Pros: Very nice waiting room, and clean bathroom. more
