Mark theres not enough room here to tell you how satisfied we are with Elite service. We have been taking our first Mercedes there, where we purchased it for 9 years. Not once, were we not happy with the service department, that is why we come back to elite to purchase our new Mercedes. Top rate service, top rate crew. Sales staff are top of the line. We could have gone somewhere else but knew we would be happy here at elite.
