I've used this company three times now to take care of electrical nonsense in my 1906 house with knob and tube wiring.
Most recently we needed to have our entire electric panel replaced. (The flickering lights and ozone smell in the basement were a good tip-off).
Reinhart isn't the cheapest, but they're well-established, knowledgeable, and prompt. They handled all of the permits and coordinated with the city inspector.
