Ignored 10/2/2011

When first becoming a customer, they were very helpful, however after that it was a hassle to get any changes made to my auto insurance. They NEVER shopped around to get me a better price and when I asked how to reduce my premium they passed me around from person to person and no one called me back. After this happened twice, I took my business elsewhere. more

great service 2/12/2009

We placed our insurance with this agency over 20 years ago and have never felt the need to move. Since they are an insurance broker they shop our renewals around for us and present us with the best rate. Their staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them. more
