Unprofessional! 8/11/2012

AWFUL! We are a military family who was stationed overseas. I called while still living in Germany to situate a great place to stay for my dogs. The lady sounded very nice on the phone and they were helpful when I needed to change dates. That was the best I can say for this place. We left the dogs for about a week. They were supposed to be bathed, nails clipped, the works. My 3 lb Yorkie was soaking wet and stunk like wet dog, nails not clipped, hair matted, etc. The lady's excuse, "Ma'am she wouldn't let me brush her out." Also, my Lab picked up something from the kennel... sounds like kennel cough even though she had her Bordetella. The place was dirty, the staff seemed like they didn't care about my complaints about my soaking wet dog. Basically, I got the "eye- roll" treatment. NEVER going there again. Welcome back to America! more

Bring a blow dryer and towel when arriving to pick up your dog, after staying over a week at this place. She was supposed to have a bath, nails trimmed, the works... but she was a wreck. You can't bathe a Yorkie with long hair and not dry and brush her. I paid for nothing AND after complaining, they did nothing... not a refund, not a blow dry.... NEVER going here again. Not what I needed after a long day of flights from overseas. :/ more

This place took me for a ride. Sometimes they are nice and sometimes they are not. However, I am not rating the girls up front as they too are trained to get your money and make you do unnecisary things to your pet to make the vet more money..I had a cat with a Urine infection....and instead of doing a basic urine test. they wanted to do labs and x rays and run blood work for everything under the sun..I ended up spending almost 2000.00 for a simple urine infection. I finally went to Banfield inside pet smart and they dont try to get you to do all test under the sun, they listen to theproblem and and then know exactly what to do. I spent 150 at Banfield and saved my cat. Reilly Road vet had did this to me for years. I also had 2 exotic cats that had a persistant diahrea..with a simple test, I found out they had coxcidia, however Reilly road vet took me around the block and again took another 3000.oo from my wallet just to run stupid tests..Yes, they may seem nice, but if you dont know m more

Stay away from this hospital, the staff only cares about the money not your pet. There are better hospitals in the Fayetteville area. more

Scottie is very happy now 4/3/2012

I just took Scottie. My Scottish Tarrier to this vet yesterday & he is now wagging his tail again. They were very prompt in getting me & Scottie a room right away. Very friendly & they are letting me pay the balance on my next pay check. Or Scottie my have died. They love animals & it shows. Most of the Vets in this area charge $42 at the cheapest for an office visit & they only charge $36.50. Love ya'll more

I am writing to you to express my sincere thanks for all you have done for my ""kids."" I have been at Reilly Road Animal Hospital for a year now. At first, Matt (my Italian Greyhound) was your only patient until Ruby and Spike came along. You have taken care of all of them and on occasions had them while I was away. You have shown so much love and care of all of them and I cannot thank you enough. more

I have been going to Reilly Rd. animal hospital with my pets for 3 years. The doctor is very nice and does a very good job. The staff is very friendly and helps provide great services. I would recommend people to go there. Prices are reasonable and great service.` more

When I first moved to Fayetteville, I chose this vet because he was so close to my home. The staff is super sweet and I have never had a problem with them. more

I love this place. I am an animal lover and so are they. I have 5 pets now. The all feel confortable when going here. I have taken my dogs and cats to other places and it always turned out bad. like trying to pull teeth. Here they are excited to go. makes me feel more confortable. Staff is great. Plus there offer everything I need. Encluding kennels. Really close to Post and easy for my husband to go there and pick up any of our pet needs I just call ahead. more

I would reccomend this vet to anyone!! 4/11/2011

My dog ran away while I was out of town, and someone found her. They called Reilly Road Animal Hospital, and gave the tag number over the phone. The staff was quick to call me to let me aware of the situation. Dr. Stephenson allowed her board untill I came back into town. The price for boarding was good, and Sierra (my baby girl) was well taken care of. She usually has separation anxiety, but when I picked her she was happy and care free. I would reccomend this vet to anyone!! more

They go out of there way to keep me informed. They keep there staff well trained. It so sad seeing some of my favorite people leave due to PCSes but they leave great replacements. more

Negligence 2/21/2011

I'm trying to file a complaint and possibly get a refund from Reilly Road Animal Hospital for negligence.\r A catheter was left in my dogs arm after an operation.\r Bentley M. Stephenson D.V.M. said its common to leave a catheter in for up to 2 days for fluids but we were scheduled to come back after 10 days. My dogs and even my cats arent afraid to go there. They have always been very prompted in reviewing and in and out processing procedures. It makes going to the vet one of the easyest thing I do. I have five pets. Plus I am a half way house for lost and abanden animals. Needless to say I send a good amount of time at the vets office. I love my animals so much that only the best is what they get and Reilly Road is the best. more
