Hoyts/Regal Theatres Finally Enter the 21st Century 3/23/2006

When my husband and I arrived in Syracuse four years ago, I was shocked to find that stadium seating had yet to arrive here. It was actually painful to go back to the old-fashioned seating arrangement after enjoying years of stadium seating. In fact, we enrolled in Netflix to avoid movie theaters almost altogether. We just went to see the latest Harry Potter movie and were pleasantly surprised to see that Hoyts Theatres (now Regal) have finally entered the 21st century. Congratulations!! more

Great Theater 8/18/2005

The movie theater at Carousel Mall has to be the best one around Syracuse, NY. They are upgrading their theaters right now to bring more comfort to their viewers. They are putting in seats that are big enough to fit two skinny people. These seats can also recline, so it is like you are relaxing at home watching t.v., but you're actually in a movie theater with a great surround sound. There's also matinee hours where you pay less to see a movie. more
