I would give negative stars if I could! I wish I had looked up this place before I want! They are horrible. They told me they would remove my car alarm because it was broken. They did NOT! After I got the car back the car alarm went off! They told me that they only removed small pieces and the ONLY way to gaurntee that the alarm would not go off was to buy a new alarm systems. The owner is horrible. If the owner was their the guys would have looked at it again. The owner is an a-hole and does not listen to complaints or problems! more

Bought a Python remote starter in February from this crook. Only did I know that I had made a mistake was when I told my friends what I had done. The system worked fine for about a month and a half. I took the car back to REDLINE the other day and left it all day. It cost me additional for cab fare both ways seeing they no longer give out loaner cars. They (Nate) called at the end of the day to say that the problem had been fixed. The next morning I go to start the car and sure as hell - NOTHING! Boy, was I pissed! A couple of times it started for about 10 seconds and then shut off. These people lied to me and didn't fix the problem. I'm going to take it to ABC Alarms in Elk Grove where I should have gone in the first place! After hearing all the horror stories about this place, I believe that THE OWNER BELONGS IN JAIL FOR WHAT HE DOES TO PEOPLE! DO NOT BUY FROM REDLINE! They stuck it in my ass and they'll stick it in yours too! You've been warned! more

Look at all other reviews as well as Better Business Bureau. He has an F.!!! The guy only accepts cash and gives me a discount by ""not charging tax"" I Had a remote starter installed a few weeks ago. I get my car back with the alarm disabled and several of the electronic components not working. Talked with Ray the owner/crook. He told me that this is the way these systems operate and sometimes the factory features of the car ""go away"". What a load of BS. I contacted the manufacturer of the product, who told me that I should not be experiencing any of these problems. I again talked with Ray, who then tried to sell me a more expensive system with an alarm. After additional research on the internet, I took my vehicle to an ABC Auto in Elk Grove, authorized installer, who repaired all the shoddy work in about 2 hours. Cost me an additional $100.00. BOTTOM LINE ...STAY AWAY. You will regret any dealings with this place. Next step is a complaint with the BBB. more
