Super Service 9/7/2011

Redding is the reason my car gets serviced regularly. It is easy to make an appointment, they are always pleasant and accommodating. They answer all my concerns, no matter how insignificant, with honesty and professionalism. I always leave Redding feeling like "the customer comes first" is not just a saying, it's the Real Deal. Outstanding! 8/1/2011

Needed flat fixed while on vacation. Thought we'd have to leave the tire & come back later but the helpful technician asked, "can you wait 10 minutes?". Sure enough, 10 minutes later, the tire was fixed, balanced & back on the car with the temporary donut wheel tucked back where it belonged! Pleasant waiting room. Everyone was very friendly & helpful & price was amazingly low. We highly recommend them. more

Car Hauler Inspection 7/7/2011

On 7/5/11 our car hauler was brought in for inspection. The appointment was last minute and inspection was required to use our trailer on vacation on 7/9/11. Inspection was completed while we waited and service was excellent. more

Tammy and the team at Redding are fantastic. I took my car in for an emergency and they will able to diagnose the problem and fix it before the end of the day. I would highly recommend you take your car there for anything you need. more
