Good: Not a thing.... Bad: The Barista (julie) was horrible, she smelled like bar floor and had the Hangover to match. Too busy trying to go have a cigarette than serve me. The owner was nowhere to be found. They had no muffins, out of bagels, no whipped cream. Bathroom was horrible.. Improvements: It closed or sold to someone that cares and know how to run a business.. Other: Stay away from this so called Gem. I'm suprised the Health Dept lets it stay open. It was so dirty..
