Love this little video store. After a fire destroyed their first building they came up from the ashes and built a better and more personal little place. The people there are so knowledgeable...I love going there and checking out a of dvds on Tuesday. What a deal! more

Reckless has several rooms full of videos, but it's all very well-organized and they make it both easy to find what you want and interesting to browse. Next to Scarecrow, they've got the best selection of oddball documentaries, foreign flicks, etc., in North Seattle. The staff is well-informed and friendly. I love this video store. They always have good recommendations and will be brutally honest with you about movies they carry. Unlike a chain video store, they have more unique titles and don't have ridiculous prices and tricky fees. You can find a great selection of foreign and classic films alongside new releases. They usually have enough copies of new movies. Its easy to rent here if you get a movie pass, you just give them your phone number to check out. Its fun to browse their various lists and collections and to look at the movies sorted by actors and directors. Plus they have candy and popcorn to take home with your flicks. They have 2$ Tuesdays and on when renting on Sundays you can keep the movie for 5 days. Plus it's right by the hardware store, so you can pick up some lightbulbs and birdfood too. Its a perfect excuse to go rent something. more

This is your normal neighborhood independent video store. It’s a nice place. They’ve got good selection, a place to tie up your dog outside. Here’s the best part: you know those tv shows you want to watch on DVD but Blockbuster charges you $4 a disc to rent? Theirs are $5 for the whole show! Great money savings right there. more
