Terrible customer service! Beware of this company!!! My husband and I were interested in a property managed by Realm Realty. I called to make an appointment for a showing early in the week and on the day of the scheduled appointment called an hour before hand to confirm the appointment due to the propety's location (Indian Hills). The receptionist confirmed the appointment however she was rude and dismissive over the telephone when I called. I drove from downtown Denver to Indian Hills to meet Realm Realty's broker, Ray. I arrived at the property ten minutes before the showing, my husband received a call that Ray would not be coming due to ""car trouble."" It became abundantly clear after speaking to representatives of the company that Ray falsified his car trouble/fender bender because shortly before our scheduled meeting an interested party produced an application for the property. My husband and I visited the offices of Realm Realty that day we waited for over an hour because the office was closed. A sign on the door indicated that someone would be ""back in 30 minutes."" We finally spoke to a representaive at the office who was very unpleasant and abrasive. She refused to apologize for her company and refused to give us her name. My husband and I were very interested in the property and had every intention of renting it however after several negative exchanges with representatives from Realm Realty we consider ourselves fortunate that we are in a position to decline a business realtionship with such an incompetant and inconsiderate company. more

I had an excellent relationship with this company while renting from them. I have since moved on to buying my own condo, but I was treated with absolute courtesy and respect. I lived in a building where a lot of people did not clean up after themselves or their pets. There are some people that do not get treated with respect because they don't respect anything themselves. They have a hard job and I don't know how they do it day in and day out, but I sure appreciated renting from them. Pros: Friendly, Helpfull Cons: Not open on Saturday more

My experience with Realm was incredibly poor. I rented from Realm for over two years, and truly did not learn of their poor customer service and complete disregard for their tenants until the end of my stay with them, although I had heard other tenants complain of Realm's management style prior to then. Without going into detail, a very disturbing sanitary issue developed in the building in which I was a tenant. Realm's response left much to be desired, and their treatment of me when I brought the problem to their attention (not the entire staff, just one individual) was anything but accomodating. Perhaps others find such style of service something to write home about, but I do not. I will never rent from Realm again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Cons: Too many more

I've rented with Realm Realty for 5 years now and have continously been pleased. They are very friendly and always fix any maintenance requests in a timely manner. I've recommended them to all of my friends awho are looking for rentals. more

Realm Realty has a great property management staff. I have always found Realm to be helpful and knowledgable in answering my questions. Their accounting systems and monthly reports are outstanding. They provide the most affordable and reasonable rental maintenance services around. Finding good tenants and keeping clients happy is their forte. I would definitely recommend them!
