Avoid this company.\r This company claims to be a full service property management company. If you are an owner using this company to manage your property they will walk all over you. This company will not allow you to have a say in anything. They will make decisions based on their ""professional opinion."" They lack all the professionalism in the world. \r The owner is always wrong according to this company. \r Buyer beware. more

We've had to rent out our house in Jacksonville since 2010 and started with a different one-man company (Navy to Navy Homes) and were displeased with this one-man operations ability to handle our concerns in a timely manner. We switched to Real Estate Soluations 8 months ago, and have been extremely please ever since! Our tenants recently moved out, so there has been a lot that needed to be done in the past few weeks and RES has been fantastic about taking swift action, keeping us informed about everything and updating the online portal that allows you to see repairs, progress and payments whenever you want! I don't know if the other reviewer from Jan 2009 was talking about the same company that I am currently, but it is definitely not a one man operation now. They have their own office space and have at least a handful of people working for them. Highly recommend this property management company! more

This rental and property management company only wants your money and nothing more. Satisfactory customer service up to the point when you sign a lease or contract or hand over the money. Despite having a fancy website, company is a one-person shop run by Greg Weik. Smooth talker but lack substance. Will not return phone calls or email after the first hand-shake. Becareful when you sign a contract with RES as they contained lots of hooks and traps not typically seen in other real estate contracts. Good luck trying to change anything after it is sign. Owner/broker will conduct work out of his tiny 10x8 office and will not drive out to deliver contracts or key for tenants. I will never do business with this company ever again.
