RAYS is one of the best places to get a good boba fix. The lychee black tea base is much smoother than other competitors, and the staff is quite accommodating for your individual preferences and tastes. The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly, especially if you run into Angela. Her passion for tea shines through when she talks. There are games around to occupy kids, and the store has an air of an old time coffee shop where people stuck around and chatted or just hung out. The seats aren't the most comfortable, but it's a warm inviting place and always a treat to visit.
