Horrible Service. Called Rays to work on a backed up floor drain in my gym. Plumber came promptly during normal business hours and worked to unclog drain. After apparently fixing the problem, packed up and left. A few hours later the drain backs up again so I call Rays and they send a second plumber, now after hours. He works to unclog, fixes, packs up and leaves. A week later I recieve a bill that is more than twice the cost of a service call. When I call Rays to question the bill I AM HUNG UP ON. I finally get a hold of Ray the owner and he explains to me that I was charged for a after hours service call even though my original call during business hours was not done properly. Ray was very firm that he would not adjust my bill and that he was not overcharging me. As a business owner I believe Ray's Sewer Service has unfair business practices and would not recommend them to ANYONE. Pros: null Cons: null more

They will fix there mistake which is all I asked. Hopefully they fire the guy that sat in my lawn furniture all day, then they would be good in my book. more

They ended up fixing their mistake. I went ahead and completed the job myself because I didn't want their workers in my yard again. I would recommend only because they are doing the right thing. more

Ray's Sewer Service does NOT offer quality service. Their assessment of my sewer problem was incorrect, and I was told we would have to dig up our concrete floor and the work would take weeks. The City of Edmond assessed the problem and corrected it within one day, without damage to my property. Ray's had also stated that they could not begin work for 7 weeks! more

After years of regular plumbers, Ray's were the only ones that could fix my plumbing problems. I don't even think of calling another company. when they fix it it is fixed right the first time more

My landlord recently hired Rays Sewer Service to repair a toilet that would not flush (water rises). We were told by the company that the pipes were destroyed and would need to be replaced along with the entire bathroom floor due to rotting. My landlord agreed to the repairs also adding additional requests for tiling in bathroom and kitchen. These repairs are now going on 2 weeks and my family and I have been without a bathroom (toilet,sink,shower) for the entire 2 weeks. Partial tiling has been done in the kitchen area and thats it! Do not use this company if you want the job done right and on time. P.S. We no longer have water and have not had any since yesterday. more
