After riding in Colorado and having my bike worked on there during vacation, I was still having shifting problems. I walked my bike in on Friday and had a ride in Tahoe on Saturday. I explained the problem and had not purchased my S-works from them, which I know some shops use to prioritize work; however, they took the time to get me up and running correctly and on top of it all, did not charge me for it. I gave them a nice tip anyway. It is now the shop I go to for anything I need. Good deeds deserve shop loyalty. I highly reccommend them!
