The communication with this practice has been stressful and difficult just trying to become a patient. No one ever returns your calls. Initially I was a patient of Cary Medical Group but upon relocation to Raleigh, NC, I requested a referral to a doctor closer to home and work and the referral was giving to go to the Raleigh Medical Group. Since that request, I have been going back and forth between Cary Medical Group and Raleigh Medical Group for almost a year. Raleigh Medical Group claims that the Cary practice has not sent them anything releasing the medical records and of course the Cary practice claims to have done so. In the middle of poor communication is me sick of this mistreatment.\r If you are in need of a primary doctor, I suggest another practice. It is not worth the initiation of becoming a patient of either the Cary or Raleigh Medical Groups. \r Dissatisfied and Left Sickly in the Middle, Un-Patient\r Cons: becoming a patient more
