I loved looking out the window at the lake every morning...very relaxing. The hotel's in an odd location, around light industrial bldgs, but close to the freeway and downtown. Hot...

Restful Place 1/13/2012

This was the most restful places in Kansas City. I just took a weekend for myself and came to the Ramada and I put my feet up and relaxed the whole weekend. Thank you Ramada!!! more

Comfy 11/1/2011

Conveniently located close to Worlds of Fun and downtown KC. The room was nothing fancy, but it worked fine for us and was fine enough quality for the decent price. The bathroom was clean and the beds were pretty comfy. more

This place was nice, even thou it was under remodel. It would have been better if we didn't have to go to 2nd floor from the 5th floor to get ice. the room was nice but dated, you could tell that they just put some new paint on the walls and new furniture in the room, the bathroom was was cheaply remodeled. but over all it was quiet and clean to I would likely stay there again more

Angel at the front desk is a most valuable asset at this hotel. The rooms had recent maintenance and updates. The shower had awesome pressure and I appreciated the upgrades. Like I said staff was extremely friendly and helpful more

Convenient 10/13/2011

This hotel is located in an industrial location but convenient to highways. The hotel is renovated and the common areas and our room were very nice. Once a large grand hotel in a corporate area, it is now a Ramada and they are trying to bring it back to prominence. The lobby and dining areas are huge. The pool is beautiful and very inviting. Our room was recently renovated and was very nice and private. Cab fare was minimal for a ride to downtown for dinner. This hotel will make a great corp venue for the surrounding businesses when completed. more

Perfect location for us 10/5/2011

I am just tagging along with my relatives to this hotel. We stayed for two nights. After the first night, the housekeeping attendant, we passed by her on our way out. and I guess she noticed that it was the 3 of us. So she placed 3 towels in the room and two extra bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Very thoughtful. Room is okay. HUGE mirrors, even full body length mirror in the bathroom. makes the room feel bigger. Location was perfect. I think this was a big thing for me. more

Perfect place to stay 9/21/2011

Perfect place to stay with a family and kids. Convenient to stores and restaurants . The kids loved the pool and the rooms were secure as you had to use your key to get into the separate buildings. It is a bit noisy with all of the families, but since we had kids with us, we just adjusted and remembered that kids are fun and noisy :-) We'll stay here again. more

The rooms were well lit and comfortable. All the amenities worked perfectly. The shower had good pressure. Overall I felt I got a good deal for the price. The staff was helpful. So I'll be back when I need to. more

Convenient 9/16/2011

Stayed at the Ramada coming from Michigan. They have generous room size for my purchase on Hotwire. I appreciated the help of the front desk when there was a switch with the room key. Luckily they were all powered up. Appreciated the breakfast selection and very convenient more

I flew in from New Mexico and stayed at this Ramada. I had a very pleasant stay. Enjoyed the location and the cleanliness. I would definitely consider staying again the near future. more

Walking trail 9/14/2011

I like this Ramada. I had to travel to Missouri on business from Cali and there was lots of room to hold meetings. I found the bed extra comfortable, more so than even mine at home. There's a lake and a walking trail area to stretch out on. I like the restaurant, the bar and everything was in proper working order for my stay. more

Great, Personal Service 8/10/2011

Good location. Close to I 435 and super close to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun. Slightly secluded so had more of a feeling of privacy. Room was great and looked out onto a lake. Pool and workout room were fantastic. Room service forgot to clean our room after the first night, but we really only needed towels and front desk was more than willing to give me some. After I mentioned that room service had forgotten to come and got towels, when we returned shortly later they had came and cleaned the room (even after saying it wasn't necessary) which was a nice surprise. They were completely booked for the weekend, so the oversight was fine by me. Overall I would definitely stay here again! more
