Regarding the timeliness, we unfortunately had storms so the weather didn't cooperate with Rain Dance Pool & Landscape! They were awesome, though. They did our front landscaping and side yard, and were very cooperative. The gentlemen who actually did the work here were so respectful, with I totally appreciated. Trey was wonderful to work with, as far as design goes. I have already recommended them all to my neighbors! more

I live in a new development and I witnessed the landscaping Rain Dance has completed on two other new houses. Rain Dance was recommended to me but I passed because I had already committed to another company. What a mistake on my part! I've read all the previous reviews and they are accurate. The work crew was professional, the specimens that were selected to be planted were first class, and the end result made me feel envious. We built our new house and as par for the course needed the front and back landscaping. We weren't sure what we wanted and collected proposals from a couple of landscapers. The first few were too cookie-cutter for us. We were referred to Rain Dance and Trey took what we thought we wanted, made a handful of impressive changes, and impressed us with his design for the front and back landscapes. They got our business. They wowed us. When you are building a house, the landscape is a part of that process. The landscape portion truly made our house a sanctuary. When you are building a house, you aren't in the house. When you do the landscaping, you are in the house and watching the progress. They had some fun with it and we had fun with it too. I know everybody has different expectations and different definitions of value. Rain Dance didn't cut corners and took the extra effort and time necessary to do the job very well. I've noticed that if they see something that doesn't work right, they are on it. They take a lot of pride in their work. They give professional landscape and design a good name and deserve the high reputation they have in the industry. I already have recommended them twice now. It was a terrific experience, they had the whole package. They did landscaping, remodels, and they re-did our sprinkler system. They worked with us to modify our ideas to be exactly what we wanted, and came up with additional creative water features that we incorporated. more

We did a rebuild in an older area of the city so Rain Dance Pool & Landscape had to gut the landscape and start from scratch. They came into the process a bit late because I didn't think we would need them at the beginning of the project. It was a 3 month project they did for us. They came in with wonderful designs and options, and executed them really really well. They did a super job. Me and my wife are very happy with the work. They were very quick at getting it done. They literally had my front landscaping done in a day, it was phenomenal. What I really liked was the whole process, from the beginning meeting with the them and planning, to the quality of the follow through and timeliness. Just, really, the whole package. It was good, there was not perfect communication cause there were so many different groups of people at the same time. They did a pool, hot tub, fire pit, landscaping and gardening for us. We're happy with the results. more

First, I appreciated the personal touch by Trey, the president, himself. He was very concerned about customer satisfaction. Second, the reason I'd recommend them is that they took care of a lot of things, whether they were in or not in the scope of the project. Whenever there were difficulties with somebody, they stepped up to make sure things were done correctly. Third, they had fairly good pricing, so they were competitive. And fourth, they were very good about the details, and they came back to make sure everything was working right. more

I would say the overall experience, given that I was not present at home for the whole construction phase, has been great. There were certainly some communication challenges, but we got through them, and based on the pictures, we're pretty happy with the product we got. I haven't seen it in person though, so I can't give a full comment. I think every issue we have had so far is being or has been addressed, so I'm pretty happy with Rain Dance. more

Everything was great with Rain Dance. They did everything they said in a timely fashion. They showed up when they were supposed to, and the pool is really magnificent. It was all done by when they said, which is very unusual for contractors. Really, they just went up above and beyond what they needed to do. They are really amazing, all of them. more

Trey and Jeff were both great to work with. We had several other bids, but Rain Dance Pool & Landscape had the most competitive and detailed bid. They were very quick returning and modifying the bid.
