Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa

I went to Jacqueline Day Spa and during my hour I experienced a power outage (laying in the dark), then she had to reset the clock and music which went off half way through anyway, then a very large bug was on the wall and I had to cover up while a guy came in to remove it. While leaving, the pedicure room you had to walk through was soaked...nice colors though. And to top it off, the lotion she used was greasy and yucky! It didn't rub in. I had to go home and shower. Yuck! While walking out through the front sliding door (awkward) I did not have one lady ask me how my service was or if I was satisfied. Never again! more

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent couples massage over the weekend with Jessica and Rex. Thanks for the extra attention to the details of our experience. We will be back. more

It's apparent that the lack of organization with appointments, possible tax fraud/evasion, blackmailing an employee to clean Amy's(daughter of owner) house and even stealing employee's earning to pay off their taxes, that this is of little concern to the typical customer when it should. The staff, namely, the co-owners Amy and Cheri disrespect thier customers, have no concerns for thier well being and only want one thing out of them, money to pay thier taxes that they conveniently set aside. There is alot of shady dealings in this establishment and should be avoided at all cost DO NOT GO HERE! Your money will not go where you think it is! more

if i can be honest , i cant believe they advertise as a day spa. its so gaudy and dirty. very strange people , horrible service , no organization, TRUST ME go somewhere else!!! i cannot put into words how aweful this place is!!! more

I was on vacation and decided to make an appt for myself and my girlfriend. We were expecting a relaxing day at the spa for a mani and a pedi. Instead we got a lot of drama from the girl who did our nails. I believe her name was Gina. She was boasting some extremely inappropriate behavior that was going on with her and a co-worker. The thing that made it even worse was that she was married. As a married woman myself, I found this to extremely offensive. I'm not sure of the co-workers name, only that he gave "great massages". I will not recommend this spa to friends who vaction in Florida. WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA!!! more

I am a longtime customer of Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa. I have been using their products and getting my facials there since they opened. When I travel, I go to other spas and am often disappointed with the facials and massages. The value that you get at Radiante is so much better than at most other spas. I am 51 now and my skin for my age is unbelievable. I have a few wrinkles around my eyes but everybody comments on how good my skin looks. Since I was 25, I have done everything that the technicians at Radiante have told me to do, except for staying out of the sun. If something on my skin is not right, I go to them and completely trust them. I also have recommended Radiante to people who have a skin issue such as bumps on their arms. The technicians know what it is 95 percent of the time, and if they do not, they will refer the client to a dermatologist. I would encourage people to skip all of the glitz and glamor that some salons offer for the knowledge and experience of Radiante. Also, if the technicians give you a skin care regiment, I would suggest following it. They change mine every 6 to 8 months if I need something different. Everyone at Radiante is very friendly. It is a nice environment, a very close-knit community. When I see new clients come in, they are relaxed within 15 minutes. They feel confident and also comfortable. Rosie Heindl more

I am very pleased with Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa. What they do has worked miracles for my skin. The facials are wonderful and the massage therapists are always very good and professional. I also use Angela's makeup and am very happy with the product. I have used others day spas in town and I like Radiante Jacqueline the best. I often get compliments on how young my skin looks. Coming from the Northeast, I was delighted to come to warm sunny Florida. When my guys decided to spend the day at the golf course - my daughter in law and I were left to plan a day out of our own. We found Radiante Jacqueline Day Spa and really enjoyed our ladies day out. We had a 1/2 day spa package that included lunch in the garden room. Our services were great and the staff was not only knowledgeable but extremely pleasant and accomodating. You won't go wrong here. Try it! I had a massage and body scrub at Radiante Jacqueline. The therapist did a great job as far as the services. However, I was surprise at the fact I was there over two hours and was not even offered a glass/ bottle of water. I understand my expectations may be a little high for this area; however, once I looked at the services offered and the price list, I expected a first class spa. Also, I did not like how hard the owner was pushing the products. Complete service is paying attention to details and remembering the smallest thing. more
