HORRIBLE SERVICE & UNTRAINED TECHS -- I WAS BURNED HERE! Do NOT waste your money and time at Radiant Medspa! I purchased a Groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments for my legs last February and started my treatment. I have had laser hair removal before and am very familiar with the process and what to expect. For best results, you should be seen by the same technician each time so as to best monitor the effects of the treatment and adjust laser settings as needed. Radiant Medspa, however, does not operate by this method because they are not interested in retaining customers. They heard customers in like cattle by offering frequent deals on Groupon. You can expect to be rushed in and rushed out. You will never be guaranteed to see the same technician. Even though I requested the same person each time, I would show up and she would not be there so I would have to be treated by someone else or rebook my appointment. I repeatedly complained about this and was assured that next time I would have the same technician - which was a lie. My 5th appointment (and final because and refused to return to the 'spa'), I was seen by yet another girl. While she was doing my left leg, I complained of the setting since it was hurting. She turned it down to do my right leg. As soon as I got home, my left leg was on fire and I knew something was wrong. I called the spa immediately because my entire left leg was covered in blisters and it was extremely painful. I was told the owner, Dawn, would call me soon. I waited several hours and was contacted by Dawn at a blocked number. She told me the spa would cover any doctor bills but that nothing was done wrong by the tech or the spa. I asked her why then my right leg was fine. She said that the tech did not adjust any laser settings so I must have gotten sun on my left leg and not on my right, making me more sensitive to the treatment. I let her know that was impossible and ridiculous. I went to the emergency room and got a doctor document that I had 2nd degree burns on my left leg and that it should heal in time. The burns took 2 weeks to heal and I am still dealing with white spots all over my leg where the burns were. The spa assured me my melatonin would come back and resume normal pigmentation, but it is almost a year later and I still have splotchy legs. I called the spa demanding a refund, at the least, for their mistake. Dawn assured my I would receive a full refund and let me know they had FIRED the technician that had treated me. I asked her why she was fired if the spa said it wasn't their fault I had been burned. She had no answer for me. As of today, I have only been refunded HALF of my money and when I try to communicate with the spa, they never return my phone calls and it takes weeks to respond to an email.
