I was very pleased with our whole experience. I was treated kindly, nothing was "pushed" on me as extra service or cost, this facility is very clean and the work was completed in a timely manner. The cookies are a nice touch! When my daughter opened the visor to get the keys (we did a late pick up of or vehicle) and the cookies fell out at her it was a nice little surprise! more

U sent me the coupon too late LOL. I love you guys.& have always brought my car to you for radiator & other repairs...even older hard to work on hoopties. Always found the problems & managed to fix it at a reasonable price. Your people pleases & courteous. That means a lot when u have a knock or ping & u don't make me feel like its in my head. You genuinely care & that's what's missing in today's society....pride in workmanship. more

It's always nerve-racking to have to wonder whether your car repair is being fairly charged, or if the work being done is necessary. The customer service at this store is definitely a comfort. I feel as though I can trust them to do what I ask them to do, and give me an option to take care of additional problems if necessary without being pressured. more

From my first call they are very friendly and polite. Make you feel important not just another customer. I respected their honesty. Fixing just what was needed. Car was able to be done same day. Would recommend RadAir Parma Hts. to anyone needing repairs. The extra service was a surprise to me. Checking all fluids and filling washer fluid and checked tires to proper pressure. Thank You! more

Honored their Parts and Work 5/22/2014

I had some issues with right front brakes. I had to bring my truck in to have them repaired and they were able to resolve the issues and repaired them quickly. All parts were under warranty and got a loaner for the time I was without my vehicle to use. Great Service! more
