Ii've took this car there twice for the same problem 60 the first time and 30 the next and the problem is still there

Manager Eric is a person to be trusted. 8/6/2014

I came in for a routine oil change. The manager Eric advised that I needed additional routine maintenace at the cost of $800.00. Since I have had my vechile only serviced at Rad Air and have delt with Manager Eric for many years, I only thought for a minute about the $800.00 cost and agreeded to the service because I have complete trust in Manager Eric and his staff. I appreciate the fact that Manager Eric has my best interest and the care of my vehicle as if it was his own. more

Very accomodating & friendly staff, excellent service, rental car availability, 7/6/2014

I have had my car service by Rad Air quite a few times in the past 18 - 24 months with some issues being of an emergency nature & never had a problem being squeezed into their busy schedule. My most recent experience was due to which I thought was a "front end" noise which actually turned out to be something totally different ~ nothing of which I expected but even though the final cost was more than I was anticipating, so glad I took my car to Rad Air as they were able & more than willing to take care of the issues immediately. Very fortunate to have the opportunity to be offered a rental vehicle while mine was being serviced. Very grateful to Eric & his staff as well as appreciate their honesty to work needed to be performed & will never hesitate to have my car serviced at Rad Air more

Eric and crew always have a way of finding those mystery problems, and delivering on solutions with options. I always feels safe with my vehicles after they've worked on them, knowing I won't be stranded nor have any safety related issues - they just catch everything! They're fair on price, offer options, and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else... more

Car won't start 4/10/2014

Garfield hts Rad Air came to my house and was able to start car and take it see what the problem was. While they were replacing the altenador and battery, they gave me a loner to go to our appointments. I was very pleased with the repairs. more

Fixed the leak! 2/10/2014

Coolant was leaking out of car. Eric and his staff worked on the car and now it's bone dry underneath. Also replaced filters, fluids , etc. Extremely happy with Rad Air's work. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else...take your car straight to Rad Air. They are the best certified professionals you'll ever find. Highest recommendation! more
