Rachel's Pawfessional Touch

I've had the same problem as the other reviewer. She scalps my dogs every time and says they're too matted. The place also reeks of dog poo and mold. When I first started using Rachel's Pawfessional, she actually had green hair and piercings. It's not really a great place to bring your pet. more

This was a terrible experience! We went to this place once and we will never be back. She didn't cut or dogs hair at the scheduled time claiming she was scared so she puts another ahead and instead of doing all we had to do on a beautiful Saturday we are left waiting for our dog until 2:30. The place reeks of a strong odor such as animal pee which should've been a sign. We got there and our golden doodle was scalped!! No hair left on her body! She claimed she was too matted but we have had it cut for a couple years in Long Beach at Claws N Paws which does a much better job! We just thought it would be closer since we moved to Picayune in July. Our pretty golden doodle looked like a homeless ally dog. And they are more expensive than anywhere we've been. She still wasn't done after telling us 2 or 2:30 it was closer to 3. Do yourself a favor and drive if you have a good place because this one def isn't! I could skin my dog if I wanted to so she's probably as qualified as me. Go Elsewhere!!! more
