Honest, reliable service with good interpersonal communication as genuine concern for customer's welfare. 6/17/2014

I brought my car in for a check-up, and they showed me why my car was rattling and that it was of no immediate concern, but if it got any louder to get back to them. Service was quick, efficient and friendly and I've experienced nothing less in the 5+ years I have been going there. It needs to be stated clearly that unlike every other repair shop I have been to I have never had to take a car back twice for the same problem. more

You can't do better than R&W Automotive if you're having car problems. It's locally owned and operated by Scott Wayne. With over 30 years of experience, Scott is an expert at figuring out what is wrong with your ride and fixing it. His prices are competitive and he explains exactly what was done and why. That's why I always take my cars to R&W. more

Excellent Service 4/19/2014

It was time for the '11 Taurus to be serviced. Dropped the vehicle off and got the call the next morning to go pick it up. Walked in and Karen said this one was one them. Very nice surprise! more
