RV Anywhere Mobile RV Service

During the recent storms our Fleetwood Excursion was affected by a lightning strike. We lost power to all of our systems. We called several Dealers for advice and an appointment. Most were not helpful. It seems that if you didn't buy it from them they don't want to help. We asked what has caused the power failure, they responded by saying most of the electrical components would likely need to be replaced and estimated the prices. We went to the park manager and ask if they knew someone reliable and honest. They suggested RV Anywhere and stated they have know them for years. We called RV Anywhere, explained our problem. They put us on their emergency schedule and was out that after noon. Aside from various fuses and a bad circuit breaker, everything was fine. They went through the entire electrical system to check for further damage. We were lucky, in numerous ways. We contacted the right people and suffer no permanate damage. These guys are awful. I called them out to diagnose my AC that went out. The diagnosis was that i needed a entire new unit. They could replace it for $1000. There were mud-dobbers nests in the capacitor area on the AC. They said that they caused it to short out. However they did not even clean the nests out. I am not sure what test they did to determine the damage. I have an older camper so i wasn't sure i wanted to put that kind of money into it. I decided to research it a bit more. I found that the starter relay on these coleman AC units go out quite frequently. I decided to try it out. $44 dollars later and my unit is work good as new. I have called these guys back, but they do not return my call. I would not recommend these guys to anyone unless you just want pay for a new replacement instead of a fix. more
