Honest Plumber! 9/28/2018

Don Paxton visited to investigate using video camera. He saw there was no problem and no need, and did not charge me for even the standard service fee to visit our home. I crossed all plumbers off of my "service provider" file and left R-Mech and Don Paxton as the ONLY plumbers I will call in the future! more

fast, courteous, professional service 9/3/2018

R-Mech replaced our garbage disposal. We received a text to remind us of the service appointment the day before the installation and a phone call from the service technician the morning of the appointment. He arrived right on time and finished the job in 30 minutes. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. But because the unit that we ordered was on back-order, they installed an upgraded disposal at no extra charge. We received fast, courteous and professional service from Don Paxton, the plumber assigned to our work order. I will call them again if we ever need a plumber. more

Dishwasher Installation 8/27/2018

Don Paxton was so helpful. Explained at once the problem and it need to be fixed. Plumbing as wrong and i needed a new dishwasher He picked up at Lowe's for us and installed perfect. He did not make a mess and made sure the old one was taken out and hauled off and all paper was picked up. Explain how the dishwasher worker and ran a pre trial to make sure it was working correct. I would call him again and his company. I had water all over my kitchen floor I called the company and within 30 minutes Don was there. They worked 24/7 so use them. more

ray w. has been amazing! simply the best. very transparent. helping me throughout this whole process. and recommending what to do about the project its self. and my budget. he relay lessons to what i need and makes an informed recommendation. unlike the last company that was not only trying to get me to spend money on something i didn't want. but also didn't even need in any remote type of way. i cant tell you how awesome it is that he will answer my questions day or night via personal number not just make you leave a message and get back to you. being this type of business owner my self i truly appreciate when some one takes this type of time to stream line a big project like this. r-mech has a customer for life. not just for my home. but when i open my business and do a complete remodel they will be the ones i contact. and i want ray at the head of every project! more

Awesome Service 1/9/2018

R-Mech did my full install this summer. The system has been amazing with no issues. Chris came to the house for the first of two free services. He spent an hour checking the entire system and even fixed my humidifer that was not working properly which I had no idea!! Awesome company and a very competitive price for the install. more

Great Service 1/1/2018

This is the second time I have used R-Mech. This service call was for seasonal servicing of the furnace. Easy to set up a convenient time. Chris was on time (and called when he was on his way). Super thorough and cleaned up our really dirty humidifier also! Highly recommend. more

Jacob Wright of R-Mech Heating, Cooling & Plumbing came out to perform maintenance service on our AC system. He was prompt, thorough and did a great job going beyond the normal service. He specifically help with understanding of our drafting setup for seasonal change and gave a quick look at an entire other problem. I can recommend him individually and the company in general. We have been satisfied. more

Awesome installation! 5/5/2017

Westin just completed installation of a new PumpSpy dual sump with battery backup that I purchased through Dimby.
