This was the first time I worked with R&S Erection of Concord and my experience was great. The prices were fair, and their company is very professional. They fixed an electrical unit and a code that opened and closed our gate. The serviceman was very helpful, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend their service. more

R&S Erection of Concord installed the garage doors for us and came back to repair the springs when they've broken and serviced the garage door opener as well. They were very prompt and came back when they said they were going to show up with the material needed. They let us know what was going on and what we needed to do which was great. more

Deck gate 7/14/2014

We had a iron gate fabricated and installed on a deck. The gate was matched perfectly to the existing railing. R&S is a professional company that worked with us to complete the job and address any concerns that we had. more

I used R&S Erection of Concord a couple of times, the first was for my own personal garage, and the second was for a rental property. I had a door that was too heavy so they replaced the mechanism with a stronger motor. The second time they aligned the door and also replaced the motor. Both jobs worked out well, and I was super grateful that they were able to work with my schedule because I was in a hurry. more

Pretty good--have had no faults with them 6/13/2014

We live on a gated property and we have periodical maintenance from R&S Erection of Concord for our garage door. We've been doing business with them for 12 years or so and it's been pretty good to do business with. The gals on the phone are great and they do everything they can to get someone out as soon as they can. Ken C. more

Honest and professional. Overall good experience. 6/9/2014

I would highly recommend R&S Erection of Concord. The gentleman was very courteous and showed us some things we could do to maintain our doors. He replaced a gear inside my door opener mechanism and didn't try to push a new unit on me. He told me I simply had a situation where only the gear would need to be replaced, then it would be fine. I also mentioned to him that my garage door was making some noise. After the opener was operating properly, he checked the door and showed me where the rollers were wearing. He pointed out that I'd have to replace them at some point, and he did already have some with him. He didn't seem pushy, and he presented what had had so that I could make my choice. I decided to go ahead and get all the work done at once. He was very professional, had all his tools with him, and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was a good experience overall. more

Manufacturing of a gate was excellent, installation was good at best. 5/20/2014

We had a gate manufactured and installed on a deck. The gate was an exact match to our existing railing and looks great. The installation was not as high of quality as we would have expected. Areas of the gate were left unpainted and it does not fit correctly. We had them back twice to fix, and not too happy with the results. This was $1,000 + so I expected better. more

Actual service by technician was excellent! 5/19/2014

Highly professional techs. Always on time and get the job done the first time. The bid process was confusing on one job they did for us. They had to rebid the job which ended up considerably less than the original bid. I believe the original estimate was not done by the regular estimator but it was a significant difference. more

They installed a driveway gate. They had to coordinated coming out when driveway being paved to install underground loops, then again to install gate. Gate did not work properly due to problem with control panel, but they came out within 24 hours to fix problem. more
