I would highly recommend R&S Erection of Concord. The gentleman was very courteous and showed us some things we could do to maintain our doors. He replaced a gear inside my door opener mechanism and didn't try to push a new unit on me. He told me I simply had a situation where only the gear would need to be replaced, then it would be fine.
I also mentioned to him that my garage door was making some noise. After the opener was operating properly, he checked the door and showed me where the rollers were wearing. He pointed out that I'd have to replace them at some point, and he did already have some with him. He didn't seem pushy, and he presented what had had so that I could make my choice. I decided to go ahead and get all the work done at once. He was very professional, had all his tools with him, and seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was a good experience overall.
