Great Experience 2/13/2011

I had a great experience at Quirk. This was the 3rd dealer I had gone to in search of a car and by far the best. The salesman wasn't pushy and asked a lot of questions which was great. He wanted to know exactly what I was looking for and find the best car for me AND my budget. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and I didn't feel rushed or hassled like I had at the other places. They worked with me to get a payment that I was comfortable with and didn't tack on any hidden fees. I even left that day without buying the car because I wanted to think about it. I bought it 2 days later when I was ready. Great experience. Highly recommended! more

Lost and Found 9/20/2010

We were lost trying to find Quirk Mazca ad stopped into the Preowned location. John Oliva came out to greet us and asked if he could show us a few of their Mazdas. After a few test drives we found the car we loved and went in to finish the paperwork. The general manager came over to see if everything was going well and ina few hours we were driving away in our new car. If any of my friends mention needing or wanting a car I always tell them to try Preowned. more

Recommended. 9/15/2010

Was referred by a friend and we could not more pleased. Dealt with a great salesman, PJ Maginnis, who was certainly interested in selling to us (hey, that's his job), but also paid very close attention to what we wanted, were looking for in terms of style, mileage, storage, and importantly, price point. He showed us several cars that fit the description. He didn't waste time trying to up-sell us or make us feel pressure to buy. We drove several different cars because we weren't positive which would best fit our needs and PJ was happy to answer all our questions and help us fine tune our search. We finally chose a '06 Mazda6 and it was a great fit. The financing was easy and painless because we stayed within our budget. Chris Collins the GM checked in with us to ensure we were happy and we were able to drive the car home the same day. I see other negative comments here, but I'm happy to say our experience was great. I don't know if they've made some changes or other people just had a bad day, but I'd go to Quirk again and would refer friends and family without hesitation! more

I love my car! 9/10/2010

Shopping for a car has always been one of my least favorite things to do.When my wife and I found we were having triplets,we had no choice but to get a bigger vehicle. I went on Quirk PreOwned's website and found the SUV both my wife and I liked. My wife was nervous about driving a truck so big and I expressed her concerns to our salesman,Jeff. He did a great job with making her feel comfortable during the test drive. Best car deal I ever got ! 5/20/2010

I wandered on the lot at Quirk Pre-Owned as I am always checking out cars, and had no intention of changing my car, which I was no longer thrilled with. I met PJ MacGinnis, and I told him I didn't think my credit was great, we looked it up, and it wasn't as bad as I thought, still, I thought a deal for me was out of the question. I told him the type of car I was looking for and he brought me right to it ! A 2009 left over Mitsibishi Lancer GTS, loaded, and a manual transmission! still I said no way you could get me a deal. but you know what, he did, and not for that much more per month than I was already paying, thanks PJ, I will refer anyone to you, and in my future car purchases. Pros: customer service, attentive, friendly atmosphere more
