Eye Brow Wax and Haircut 8/11/2011

I received exceptional service at Quattra Via on Wednesday morning. The staff was very knowledgeable about how every detail of the space was created to connect you to the four elements of nature as you are pampered. Elena did an expert job of shaping my eyebrows for my first ever eyebrow wax. Katie expertly cut my tricky curly hair and made it better than I thought it could be. Katie also took extra time to give me quick and easy styling tips to keep my hair looking great until my next appointment. What a great place to treat yourself! more

Always a Treat 8/10/2011

As usual, a trip to Quattra Via is a beauty-filled break from my busy day. Everyone that works there is so well-trained that I had no worries about doing something so wild as going to a stylist I'd never met. Aubrey did such a great job! She added beautiful layers in that created volume to my heavy hair, without looking choppy. While I was in her chair, I saw my favorite aesthetician, Susan. She informed me that you guys are now doing Shellac for nails. She had a cancelation, so I was lucky to get in front of her to get shiny Hollywood red nails in just a few minutes! Before I left, I booked a massage for the following week with Charlotte. Love that I can get so many wonderful services by such a great staff in ONE little place! PS: I LOVE the new raspberry lemonade. :) more

Aubry did a fantastic job with my hair. She spent the time to really listen to my needs with it, and tailored my color and cut to compliment me. I have to say my experience with her was the best I have had, and really appreciate the time she took to tailor the style to best suit me. more

Loved my experience with Aleta 7/30/2011

My appointment was with Aleta for a cut and hi-lites. Both turned out great as always. The salon is beautiful and my experience as a whole was good, with the exception of the waiting area - the chairs are uncomfortable and it feels as if the area was an afterthought in the design process. The good news is that I've never had to wait long. The other disappointment was that I didn't find out until I was checking out that you had raised your prices, which used to seem reasonable - now, not so much. A bit of advance notice would have been nice. more

Too talkative and pushy 7/24/2011

This was my third time coming in for a facial. But this time my Esthetician wasn't there because she was sick which was okay with me since she's pregnant. I was in need of a facial and a day of relaxation so I decided to come in anyway. Little did I know the gal i saw was so "green" not sure if she was new. She talked so much about her aveda products and how I can fix my face. She was too pushy that I felt overwhelmed I had to purchase those products. She's a sweet gal but I'd rather go back to the first girl I saw. more

4 hours of great pampering 7/23/2011

This was the 1st time at Quartta Via and my experience was wonderful! I had a facial by Amy-terrific and a mani pedi by Rachel truly relaxing, and then a wash and blow style by (oh dear I forgot her name-- ugh) but she was great and my hair looked great! Loved it and will recommend them and will be back more

I went to the Aveda Institute and worked for an Aveda Salon as well. This is by far one of the BEST experiences that you will ever recieve! The staff is outstanding and always makes sure that any service you get is ALL about You! I would reccomend this salon to everyone! You will LOVE IT!!!! more
