I enjoy coming to Quattra Via Aveda Salon Spa as I am greeted with smiles and words expressing they are glad to see me. Asana is professional, personal and an excellent technician at her craft. Gets your outside in touch with your inner beauty! 10/26/2011

I have been going to Quattra Via since it opened and have never been disappointed. This salon has so much added value from their special teas and waters to the aromatherapy and sound chair therapy which is also on the massage table. They truly work every angle and succeed at creating the ultimate mind and body experience. I'm looking forward to trying more services now that I have joined their monthly "Nature's Balance" club. more

quattra via is so good at making me feel relaxed, beautiful, and special. every time i visit, they make me feel like their star client, even if i only get my haircut every few months. my hair cut always turns out great. i'm not much of a girly gir and i'm on a tight budget,l which is why i don't visit often,but they offer great deals and are worth every dollar. must visit them! more

Very Professional Salon 10/8/2011

I had a very positive experience at Quattra Via Salon yesterday. I came in for a new hairstyle and short cut with Britney. After a tour of the beautiful facility I was taken back for a shampoo, cut and style. Britney did a great job of re-creating a hairstyle based on just a few snapshots I provided for her. My hair looks fabulous and I know I will be very happy with my new look. I have already had two compliments from friends. more

Need a quiet relaxing room 10/2/2011

I had a great experience at Quattra Via and I will definitely book another appointment with Veronica, the esthetician. Staff members were courteous and accommodating. The spa is well-decorated and you are greeted by a blend of stress-relieving essential oils scents in the air, gorgeous handmade jewelry and great healing products. My suggestion: The initial consultation with clients should be conducted outside of the "quiet" room, which have a recliner and some of the products found in the lobby such as chakra sprays. The quiet room should inspire relaxation not conversation as it is situated in close proximity to the massage/facial rooms. Overall I had a fantastic experience. more

My stylist was very attentive to my wishes and did an awesome job with the hair color. Manicure was fine but should have included a longer massage with more lotion. more

Walk out feeling like a Princess! 9/25/2011

Receptionist warmly welcomed me, offered beverages, answered questions, and promptly set me up for much needed relaxation time to await my appointment. Brittany was kind, attentive, patient and super-attentive with my requests, input and "DON'T want brassy" limitations etc etc.. I walked out of there MUCH sooner than expected with an EXCELLENT color, cut & style. Thank you, Quattra Via! I will definitely pass your info with highest recommendation to my friends! more

Amazing Customer Service 9/20/2011

I originally had a haircut appointment for Saturday but the hairstylists previous appointment ran over 1 hour past the appointment time which made me unable to keep my appointment. The receptionists were very kind and provided me with a complimentary facial and a haircut appointment 2 days later. They provided me with flavored lemonade and time in the relaxation room. They made it into a very pleasurable experience. more

I would of given 5 stars 9/19/2011

I loved my massage!!That was 5 start, but the girl that worked on my pedicure and manicure had a very heavy hand on that cuticle tool. She pushed my cuticles back so hard that i could not wait until it was over,and when she used that other tool to pluck my excess cuticles that she pushed down so hard on, I was ready to tell her i didnt need her to paint my nails!! It was a good thing i had the massage first. My cuticles were so sore the next day and they were bleeding on the sides, I have had alot mani's and pedi's done from all different nail salons, spas and this is the first time i really felt so uncomfortable and i have high tolerance to pain. She was really nice girl but i dont think i will go back for a mani and pedi again. Sorry.. more
