I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

Quality Tire & Auto review 3/17/2013

I've been going here for years and with good reason. QT is the best around and they take good care of my cars. They don't do any unnecssary work, in fact, when I went in for an oil change, I was told I only had 2,000 miles since the last one and maybe I would want to wait on a tire rotation as well. I said to go ahead with both and they found an issue with one of the tires that I now have to keep an eye on. Great job!! more

Very simply - why do I bring my cars here?Because I trust them. Asked to check brakes - they could have said let's replace the pads, etc, but instead told me exactly how much wear I have left and when to bring it back. How refreshing. Rotated my tires for no charge while I was there. more

Very Efficient 3/12/2013

I had their Winter Special and was very happy with the result. I used their web reservation system and when I got there they were ready right on time. The work was completed in the hour that I allotted for this. I will continue to bring my car here. more

Another Pleasant Experience 3/11/2013

I recommend Quality Tire to everyone I know. They are very friendly, and they are always honest (a trait you don't see often). If you come in for a specific service, and they determine that the service is not needed, they tell you. They are very thorough and will suggest something should be checked. Oil changes usually take around 20 minutes and you can make your apopintments online. I'd never go anywhere else!! more

Fantastic as always! 3/11/2013

These guys really are wonderful! I had a small issue that I thought was going to be a big issue. They got me in quickly, and identified the problem, which was really nothing, and they were kind enough not to charge me. They are awesome about customer service and have been my provider of choice since I could drive. Dave and Pete are always willing to answer my silly 'girly' questions and never take advantage of the fact I'm pretty much illiterate when it comes to cars! more

I have been taking my cars to Quality Tire for about 20 years and continue to do so, even though I no longer live in the immediate area, because I know I will get good service and honest feedback about any work that needs to be done. Owner and long-term employees are friendly and helpful. more

Latest Visit 2/10/2013

I have been having my auto serviced by Quality for the past 6 years and am pleased with the service. They know me and my auto, so if additiional items need to be repaired while the car is in for service they call first for approval. I have recommended them to numerous individuals who are pleased with the service as well. more
