I was dissatisfied with my last service. I had tie rods and an alignment done. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my steering wheel was not straight also it pulled to the left...

honest and fair. appreciate dave's direction on the purchase of new tires. only dissapointment was the grease found on my driver's seat leather and upholstery after the tire replacement was done. more

After having been taken by others, I won't go anywhere else. They fix only what needs fixing, prices are great, and the job takes a reasonable amount of time. Haven't had any technical/mechanical problems and their customer service can't be beat. more

Good old-fashioned honest service 4/13/2013

Quality Tire & Auto took my vehicle in right at my appointment time. The service tech listened to my concerns about a vibration in my steering and checked it out. He found a flat spot in one of my tires and suggested a rotation which I decided to do. After just a few extra minutes I was out the door paying less than I anticipated and had a vibration free drive home. The guys at Quality are honest, fair and not profit mongers. Thanks guys for excellent service! more

I'm a female skeptic, so for me to write a review is unusual. Been going to Quality for years. I don't question the price cause I know they are fair. But most of all, when I take my car on the road, I KNOW it's the best it can perform. I love the peace of mind. more

I came in because the plastic shield on the underside of my car had fallen down. While the car was in, the guys found that one of my break lights was out and I had a nail in one of tires. So, not only did I avoid a ticket, but also getting stuck out on the road some where with a flat tire! And with roadside assistance, fixing the tire was at no cost to me. I am so glad Quality Tire takes the time to notice the "little things". Thank you! more

Oil Change and Checking 4/1/2013

It was amazing my sister's car Hyundai Tusan was checked and some parts replacement was diagnosed prior their life ends. More the oil change was done in a excellent manner. My sister is very much satisfied with the service done by QTA, believe she got the right place, however, request for discount facility. more

Oil Change and Tire check 3/27/2013

Our visit this time was about an hour. I asked them to check the rear left tire because my computer was telling me one thing and the tire guage another. They checked all 4 tires after the lube and oil and also changed the filter. Also gave us a coupon for coffee at the donut shop! Great visit. more

Oil Change 3/26/2013

I was greeted at the door and checked what I wanted done. I was told the change would take about 30 minutes. Upon completion of the oil change, they noticed the rear winshield wiper needed change, which I had them replaced and was still out in 35 minutes. more

I was greeted at the door and checked what I wanted done. Courteous people and when the job completed asked about the payment. Wrote the check and was told about the new system using the computer and cards rather than letters sent out. more
