My son and I stayed here for our family reunion held at Branched Oak. I'm not 'into' camping and cannot find my way around Lincoln (born & raised in Omaha!) so this location was perfect because it's right on the edge of town and right next to the interstate. We had a much nicer experience than many of the other reviewers here. Our room was cleaned very nicely every day (we stayed for 3 nights) and the beds were extremely comfortable. My son usually spends the nights camping at the reunion but he said his bed was too comfortable and he skipped out on the campfire for the bed. Our toilet did have an issue on the last morning as we were packing up so I can't comment on how hard that would have been to deal with getting up & running. The front desk was ok. I thought they could be a little more friendly/sociable but they certainly weren't rude. One last note, my son realized he'd left the power cord to his X-box in the room.
