The hotel staff was friendly. There is actually an indoor and outdoor pool; I don't think we saw this on the website. The hotel is situated in a nice part of town and within walking distance of many good restaurants and the mall. We would stay here again. more

When the hotel that I normally stay at was full we found a room at the Quality inn. It was clean and the front desk clerk who help me was very friendly. The room was a little out dated and the bathroom was small for my taste. Overall a Good experience and I would stay there again. more

Nice hotel with easy access to the mall. All tubs in our room, Jacuzzi & bathroom need drain stoppers replaced, slowly leak. This really did not bother us but would others. We will return next time in the area. more

Have stayed in this hotel a couple of different times. The location can't be beat. It is right across the street from the mall, near numerous restaurants, and just down the road from the Toyota Center. The staff has always been incredibly friendly (always going the extra mile), the hotel is clean, and it's reasonably priced. The rooms are large and comfortable. Have never used the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool and hot tub is always a hit. more

Our family of 6 went to Kennewick to see Creation fest. The hotel was awesome! Should I mention an indoor and out door pool with hot tub. Weight room was fantastic for the kids, and breakfast was great. Location second to none! Staff were all friendly. Great experience will be back for sure. more

I stayed at the Kennewick Quality Inn on July 29-31 for the boat races that happen in the tri cities. I normally stay at the Fairfield Inn but because of the races they were sold out in the morning of Thursday so after reading reviews I decided to give Quality Inn a chance. On the phone I informed them about the reviews on tripadvisor and they let me know that they was a change in ownership and the hotel is managed properly now. Also all the previous complaints were handled and the rooms were taken care of now. I drove in on Friday night to a really BIG hotel. It has two pools!!! one indoor and one outdoor. I checked in with the friendly staff with all smiles and they informed me about the breakfast in the morning. I got to the comfortable room and feel asleep. Next morning enjoyed the GREATT breakfast then came back to my room all cleaned really nicely but the housekeeping staff. Took a good swim then ate breakfast again , and checked out. This hotel is great and will return. more

This hotel has comfortable clean rooms and we found to be very quiet. We came in for our Granddaughters wedding and stayed three days. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel also has nice breakfast room with many options to decide from. Lovely pool, although we did not use it, people seemed pleased with it. The hotel is across the street from a wonderful mall and not far from many restaurants. Many of our family stayed here and we were all pleased we chose the Quality in Kennewick.\r Thanks for a great stay, we would stay here again, without question more

Our stay at this Quality Inn was about as expected in its price range. Our room was adequate. The breakfast was fine the first day but by the third day, we were going out to find something better. We loved the location though, as we could walk to the mall or several restaurants. The front desk staff was excellent. I can think of 3 of them that went out of their way to be extra friendly and helpful. more

Stayed 2 nights ath the Quality Inn in Kennewick. Located right across the street from the Columbia Center Mall and lots of good restaurants close. The room we booked was dog friendly and we brought our Long Haired Doxie Andy with us. Took some great pictures of the Cable Bridge from Clover Island. Drove into Walla Walla for a day trip to take pictures of the older building and wildlife at Pioneer Park. more

Have stayed at this motel twice with relatively good experiences both times. It is right across from Columbia Center Mall, but is very quiet. The indoor pool is warm water. They have an adults only swim after 10 pm, but you need to have the desk clerk enforce it if you want peace and quiet. The rooms were clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. more

We stayed for 4 days at Quality Inn, the staff were friendly and nice, the breakfast plentiful, (but not anything for a gluten free/casein free diet except fruit and hard boiled eggs). They had limited housekeeping, but we had plenty of extra towels and the pool was clean and hot tub hot--we all enjoyed out stay. more

I stayed one night to visit friends in the Tri-Cities. This hotel is located right across the street from the Columbia Center Mall. It's easily accessed from the Interstate. I arrived and was greeted by friendly staff. My room was spacious, very clean, smelled great, and the hotel was really quiet. It was a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it! The breakfast in the morning was good too! I didn't have much time for anything but a muffin, but it smelled amazing and everything looked really good! STAY HERE! more

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. That should say enough. It is always clean and the staff tries to be helpful. The breakfast is not worth getting up for but the hotel overall is a good deal for the money. more
