Where are 0 ratings? Mgmt is the worst imaginable. No srvc, courtesy, 100% satisfaction a joke. Travis Tramp is a deplorable example of a manager. No responsibility for inept...

Great hotel! 7/11/2011

I'm glad I found this hotel. It's everything a budget hotel should be and more! I saved taxpayers as the host hotel was twice the price and this hotel and was just as nice. Good location, good value, and great staff. more

Very pleased. 7/8/2011

I was a bit concerned that the noise from the freeway traffic was going to be a problem but it wasn't. Couldn't hear it from my room and overall, the room was very nice and comfortable. I'm quite pleased with my stay here and will return. more

Very enjoyable stay here. 7/7/2011

We had thoroughly enjoyed our stay here both this year and last year. Our purpose for the visit was medical problems and their location was perfect to our needs. The facility was very well-maintained. It was clean and the friendliness of the staff was over the top. Very helpful in getting us situated and settled in. Lots of amenities in the room and a very comfortable bed. I'd stay again for sure. more

The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and It was exactly the kind of peaceful night I was looking for. In the morning I had a great breakfast and the staff, facilities and services were all very pleasing. I would certainly stay here again. more

Impressed with the staff. 6/29/2011

I was certainly impressed. Everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. This hotel is very squared away. All the help was smiling and ready to help in any way. I saw employees working everywhere and taking pride in their work. I would have like to have seen more washer and dryers however. Or possibly even in different locations around the facilities. But other than that tiny detail I was very impressed. more

This was a very nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Charming staff. I came late, left early but the service was great. I would have liked to see the breakfast bar having more whole grain though. Maybe some hot oatmeal in a warming dish instead of instant packages. But as far as everything else went, I really enjoyed my stay. more

Had a time here! 6/26/2011

It had been a while since the last time we stayed here and it was so much better this time. It looked like they've gotten a lot of new furniture and I think the lobby looks different. But it's all so much better. Last time we were here the restaurant wasn't open so we were happy to try it. The food and service was wonderful! We even hit the lounge and had a great time. more

We really had a fantastic stay here and will certainly be coming back again. It was very clean and peaceful, safe, comfortable and the service was wonderful. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming and I would certainly recommend this place to my family and friends alike. more

What a great stay! 6/15/2011

The kids were in the pool non-stop (except when they had to "work out" in the exercise room. hehe :-) We visited Mobius kids while in town. It was awesome! We loved this hotel. more

My stays here have always been a great experience. The staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept and very nicely decorated. I certainly recommend this place to all my friends and family. more

Worst hotel experience ever! 8/18/2008

Where are 0 ratings? Mgmt is the worst imaginable. No srvc, courtesy, 100% satisfaction a joke. Travis Tramp is a deplorable example of a manager. No responsibility for inept service @ restaurant & hotel. Was refused service @ front desk for double billing of food & had to call by cell phone to get front desk attention (Mr.Tramp told Front desk to ignore us). Had police escort from the premises courtesy of Mr. Tramp because of lack of service. Clothing left in room stolen by housekeeping. No apology for poor service..no follow up...no resolution from Corp or otherwise. Have been informed that hotel is privately owned. They can do as they please.where does the 100% guarantee satisfaction apply? Have stayed @ 5 star hotels worldwide. This is the worst experience ever @ any hotel! Pros: location to hospitals Cons: take advantage of clients that have relatives @ hospitals closeby more
