My neighbor and I spent a full week getting quotes from about seven different roofing companies for our semi-detached homes. Quality Austin Roofing Services were the only one who took the time to explain in great detail everything they would be doing and why (and was also one of the few who did not try to use scare tactics). Their customer service was amazing - the technician answered all questions and addressed all concerns immediately. He takes great pride in his work and is actually one of the people up there on your roof doing the work. (We found that many of the other companies contract out their services). He was on time, the price he quoted was right on, he did extra work that he did not charge us for, he brought me up on the roof to show me exactly what was being done, and the clean up was perfect. Very very pleased with the entire crew. The team arrived as promised and quickly got down to work removing 3 layers of shingles, replacing/repairing rotten wood, and installing beautiful new shingles with all flashing, membranes, and vents. A brand new architectural shingle roof was built on our 1997 house. We had our roof completely redone after finding out many short cuts were taking by the original builders. The house was built in 1997 and had several spots that had leaks. We had our insurance inspector come out and show us the embarrassing work that somebody had originally done and the reasoning the roof was in such bad shape. The Quality Austin Roofing Services took 1.5 days to complete the project. The roof looks great and has quality written all over. The workers were very courteous. At the end of the work day our yard and deck were cleaned up and looked as if nobody had been doing construction. The Quality Austin Roofing Services comes highly recommended after our experience with them. more
