Q Chevrolet

I purchase a used Lexus in 2011, I ask that they realign the car and place brand new tires on the car. They kept the auto for 5 days, when I got it back I quickly noticed it wasn't aligned properly, so back to the shop we went. Less than 1 year later we began having the same problems, 1 month out of my warranty, I took the car to Lexus, $600 later for the service job, I was told by Lexus the people who tried to align the car used the wrong bolts, which cause the two front tire to wear with less than 6K miles, and could have done severe damage if I had kept driving. I ask Qchevrolet, if they would make it right. They told me they would, by paying 1/2. Half would have been $500, which would have included the alignment fix and the new tires I had to purchase. After going round and round with their service manager Chuck. I was place at a too bad there's nothing more they are willing to do. RUN! more

We went in for a check engine light on yesterday morning and I was in and out within an hour, not only were the service good but I didn?t pay a dime all covered under warranty. Such a blessing to us--- we thank you all very much! more

I bought a car there three weeks ago. I put 7000 down and gave them a check to hold for 3 weeks for another 2000. instead of them waiting for the date on the check they made the deposit and over drafted my account. ""To make up for it"" they gave me a tank of gas. the sales rep also promised me things for the car, but never delivered after It was purchased. They also had my car in the service dept, for 1 day worth of work (that is what they told me) they had my car for a WEEK. and the car sat for 2 days with no work being done. I had to coordinate the work between the 2 shops to finally get it done. They also sold me ""skylink"" and never installed it i went back and asked them for info on it, I called skylink and they said its not on my car! so I paid for it and never got it! I will never go back to this dealer! AND NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO CARE OR WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT! more

They done it again they got me into another economical vehicle and I couldn?t be any happier? This will always be my number one choice, and not only the vehicle the customer service is top notch. Thanks to all! more
