I called on a weeknight and was in touch with a service person within an hour. My furnace was fixed by 8:00 am the very next morning! Great job Pyro!!!

SERVICE CALL REQUEST 6/23/2011

PURCHASED NEW FURNACE.. HOT WATER HEATER AND OVERFLOW PUMP OVER 6000.00 INVESTED. LATER CALLED FOR A SIMPLE FIX....HOLE BETWEEN DUCT WORK THAT LED TO A HOLE AND COULD BE SEEN BY LOOKING INTO MY CRAWLSPACE. CALLED TO SET UP SERVICE CALL AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. WAITED TWO WEEKS WITH NO APPOINTMENT FOR SERVICE. CALLED MORE THAN ONCE WITH NO RESULT. HOLE WAS REPAIRED IN 20 MIN BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. DUCTWORK WAS NOT PYROS WORK.I EXPLAINED i WOULD PAY OUT OF POCKET AT MY EXPENSE,NEVER EXPECTED SUCH NEGLECT.....2-12-12 ANOTHER PROBLEM.....FOUND WATER ON TOP OF MY NEW FURNACE INSTALLED BY PYRO, HOWELL, MI...CALLED LAKESIDE SERVICE CO. Quick, Professional, Reasonably Priced 7/28/2009

We put in an emergency call to Pyro when our office furnace went out after an ice storm. We were concerned that the pipes would freeze if we didn?t have someone come out quickly. Pyro was there in no time, they were professional and reasonably priced. more
