My 2010 vehicle was rear ended. The rear bumper covers needed to be replaced and repainted. Purnell Body Shop had the work done in less than 36 hours after I dropped the car off. The service at Purnell Body Shop was very good. I am from out of state, so though I would recommend them to anybody, it is no use recommending them in Florida. I was in an accident when I was in Maryland, and that is why I used them. The car looks good. more

My car needed new front bumpers and assemblies after an accident. The repair was estimated and scheduled right away. Purnell coordinated everything, even the exchange of rental cars with nearby Enterprise. The repair was done well and looks like new. They even washed my car! We are very happy with Purnell Body Shop. They have done a lot of cars for us over many years. We raised 4 kids and had a lot of wrecks. They have always done a great job and have helped us keep the cost down. We have probably been using them since the early 1990s. Purnell Body Shop has been very honest with us. They tell us what really needs to be done or if it is something that we don't have to do. They also tell us if we can get easier parts. There have been times when they added things that weren't part of the accident for us. Everything turns out great. We are always happy with everything. I love the integrity of the shop. I like how honest they are about recommending options, and I love their great work ethic. I like their communication. When I need to pick up the car or drop it off they have wonderful communication. They have even let us leave the car in their locked area once because we were on vacation. more

They repaired the front hood on my Honda. I had some children think it was a chalk board and scratch it up with a rock. Purnell was highly recommended by State Farm, my insurance company, and my father-in-law has had work done by them. Everything turned out perfect. They did an excellent job.
