Purnell body shop met every expectation that I had. They were all very professional, and explained in detail the process of what needed to be done to my vehicle. When I picked up my car, It looked great!..Besides the fact that the damege never looked like it occured, It had been washed inside and out and I could not have been more impressed. My overall experience was great and my thanks to a great team at Purnell!
